When you were growing up did anyone tell you that you get to design your life? You don’t have to do what your parents or grandparents did. You don’t have to follow the norms society has created or be the images on Social Media.
You can design your life. You get to decide how your future looks. Are you ready to set time aside to consider what it would look like to live your possibilities?

Start with understanding where you are today. Assess each of these areas of your life, on a scale of 1 – 10:

How well do you know yourself?
What do you value most? Or, in other words, what matters most to you? Understanding your values gives you a guide for future decisions, interactions and adventures.
What creates a sense of peace within you?
What sets your soul on fire?
What do you want more/less of in your life?
Considering your possibilities
With a better understanding of today’s version of you, it is time to look ahead. Let’s go five years out. Remember, if you don’t dream or have an idea of what’s possible for you, life will happen to you.
Think of the process as a brainstorming session. There are no wrong answers, and all ideas are welcome.
Grab yourself some paper, a journal, or maybe you prefer a digital version.
Now let yourself really dream, consider your possibilities. It is 2026 and you are living your possibilities, you are living a life that you designed. What does your life look like? Be specific, in each of the 5 areas of your life, what do they look like? What are you doing? How do you feel? Are you living a life you love?
Now that you see what’s possible, it’s up to you to make the choices that will support you in building a life you love.
